Jonny Para
I began my career as an amateur kickboxer in my late teens, early twenties, competing in various tournaments up and down the country in leisure centres every other weekend. I quickly made a name for myself staying unbeaten in my time as an amateur and winning multiple amateur titles. I graduated to the pro game by 22 and continued my winning streak until I amassed a record of 10 -0. I eventually lost my unbeaten record when I challenged for world title and was stopped in my tracks in the first round by the reigning champion. It was a big turning point in my career. Either give up and walk away defeated or dedicate my time and training to get back to World title contention. I eventually hunted down that title (along with a few others) and successfully defended it which was exactly what I set out to do. Although I still compete, I am in the tail end of my career as a professional fighter and I am now starting to focus on passing down my knowledge and experience to the next wave of young fighters as well as helping a very broad spectrum of people to realise and achieve their fitness and life goals through the medium of Martial arts and boxing.
- 15 years in martial arts training

Transferring all the knowledge acquired during all these years is not an easy task, but if it is a passion, I hope that each of my students can go further and I am sure that with my advice it is possible.
