      Terms and Conditions for Noble Art Boxing Gym

  1. Agreement Overview
  • By booking and attending training sessions at Noble Art Boxing Gum,  you (the client) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group sessions, online training, and other fitness-related activities.
 
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in boxing or personal training sessions. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you must consult with your doctor prior to starting training.
  • You must inform the trainer of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before starting a session.
  • You are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and consistently.
 
  1. Booking and Payment
  • All sessions must be booked in advance through [Website/Phone/Email or in person.
  • All payments must be made in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, bank transfer or Direct Debit].
  • For clients on Direct Debit (DD) plans, payments will be automatically deducted on a [/monthly] basis.
 
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or by the end of the day prior to the scheduled session.
  • If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will forfeit the session fee.
 
  1. Holiday Policy
  • The trainer is entitled to 4 weeks of paid holiday per year. During this time, holiday will be charged in full for Direct Debit customers, and no refund or make-up sessions will be provided.
  • Clients who have purchased blocks of sessions will not be affected by the trainer’s holiday period and will not be charged during this time.
  • Direct Debit customers will be notified of any upcoming holiday periods in advance, and the holiday charges will be included in their regular payment schedule.
 
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, such as injury or illness preventing further participation, provided you notify the trainer within a reasonable time.
  • No refunds will be given for missed or canceled sessions.
  • Missed or canceled sessions can be ‘banked’ or ‘saved up’ to be used at a later date.
 
 
  1. Personal Training Equipment and Facilities
  • Clients are required to bring appropriate attire for training, including [boxing gloves, hand wraps, athletic shoes, a small towel and a water bottle.].
  • If training takes place in a gym or other facility, the trainer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
 
 
  1. Health and Safety
  • You acknowledge that boxing and physical training carry inherent risks of injury. By engaging in training, you assume responsibility for these risks.
  • The trainer will do their best to provide safe and effective coaching, but it is the client’s responsibility to follow instructions and report any discomfort or pain immediately.
 
 
  1. Confidentiality and Privacy
  • All personal information provided by the client, including health history and contact information, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.
 
 
  1. Conduct and Behavior
  • Both the client and trainer are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude during all training sessions.
  • Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in the termination of services, with no refund.
 
 
  1. Termination of Agreement
  • Either party may terminate the training agreement at any time by providing written notice.
  • The trainer reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to adhere to these terms, including but not limited to consistent missed sessions, failure to make payments, or unsafe conduct during training.
 
 
  1. Liability Waiver
  • By participating in boxing and personal training sessions, the client agrees to release the trainer and Noble Art boxing gym from any liability or claims for personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of training, except in cases of proven negligence by the trainer.
  1. Photography and Video
  • The trainer may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. The client gives consent for their image or video to be used unless otherwise notified in writing.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom ].
  1. Amendments
  • These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The client will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in training services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
